On the hills of East Kelowna, Michael was at his desk and quite well had enough. For two seasons he had tested booking apps on and off Shopify. His team were battling rigid time-slot appointments, double bookings, and soaring subscription costs. After all, he ran an operation to ensure bookings were smooth experiences at Tantalus Vineyards. They welcomed hundreds of visitors for vineyard walks and seated tastings every day of the week, a popular hotspot for wine country visitors. Customers loved them and always had a blast. Michael loved that too, but he didn't quite love the tools to help him.
In 2023 Michael moved to Easy Appointment Booking he hasn't looked back. Here's a breakdown of what they needed, what they tried and recommended, and where they're at today.

Luckily, one of the founder's parents lived in Kelowna and Michael had the ear of the technical wiz who writes hundred of lines of code per week.
