Why should I consider Staffy?
Brands can use other apps, but they usually live outside of Shopify. This complicates (A) the ability to check in that syncs with Shopify and (B) Reporting and intelligence based on your Shopify sales. Want to know the staff member whose shifts had the most POS sales? We can do it out of the box!
What does Staffy help me track?
We help you set schedules based on each of your staff and each location. For each location on their POS, staff can check in / out of their shifts with the appropriate break policy.
Do you support commissions or sales tracking?
You can add commission policies directly in the app so we can calculate the payout reports for your staff. Since we see the sales and shift data, we can calculate and provide the timesheet reports and sales calculation to make payroll a breeze.
What information do you store?
Since our staffing app lets set up schedules and tracking, we store your employee data to make the system reliable and robust. We connect to sales data to power the intelligence and reporting. This information is not shared with any 3rd parties and is hosted securely on servers using industry-standard practices. You are able to export your data at any time.
How does billing work?
We charge by staff member, but the app is free until December 18 2025 if you sign up through the waitlist.
