Does Tock work with Shopify?

Not natively. Tock's booking widget isn't supported inside an iframe, which rules out embedding it cleanly on a Shopify theme. Most Shopify merchants who use Tock end up redirecting customers off-site to exploretock.com, which breaks the Shopify experience and means bookings don't show up as Shopify orders, customers, or Klaviyo events. Easy Appointment Booking is built as a native Shopify app, so the booking widget sits inside any product or page on your store and every booking writes back to Shopify.

Check-in is personalized, and concierge bookings have real context. Tock has guest profiles too, but they're scoped to Tock activity only, which means the host stand doesn't see what guests buy from your wine store, retail, or product catalogue. Nice design, but a fragmented view.

Both platforms support prepaid bookings and ticketed events. The difference is where the money lands. With Tock, ticket revenue lives in Tock and is paid out separately.
