Team seats let each staff member manage their own schedule and calendar. Location seats add a layer on top — they merge individual staff calendars into one unified availability view per location, so staff can manage bookings for an entire location across availabilities and services there, gives you reporting for location-by-location analysis as well (ie. busiest times at location A v B). If you have distant locations with different teams, location seats are the way to go.

Absolutely. On the Ultimate plan, booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and cancellation notifications are sent through Klaviyo — so you can build retargeting flows around booking activity.
