Add days to the dates in list view

Voters get an email when this status changes.

To show customers the days with the dates so they don't have to look up which day it is on a specific date.

This is live. In list view, each date on the booking calendar is now a card that shows the weekday next to the date, so customers can see that a date falls on a Tuesday without checking a calendar. Dates are also grouped by month, and numbered page buttons replace the old arrows. Every calendar that uses list view has the new design, with nothing to turn on.
