Add reporting for bookings without Shopify Checkout

I want to see stats on how many bookings we have had every 7 days and every 30 days. And the average revenue per booking. Note I don't have Shopify Checkout enabled for my events.

    Hi, without shopify checkout enabled, the revenue number will just be $0, if I understand correctly.
