All Other Responses

so my request for the team is the ability to add an option value to dropdown questions and when a user selects it the question will allow them to populate a multi line response You can see we've manually added an other response to Type of Pet intake question we then added a follow up question for Other "If Other, what kind of pet?" whats annoying is everyone is served this question despite their previous response to Type of Pet
