    Some of our Services include waiting periods initially, so the client pays up front to have us on retainer until they find out the schedule they need us for, and then they book a date and time. Maybe you add a calendar option "book later" instead of picking a date, and then they "reschedule" when they are actually ready to book a timeslot.
