Instead of having only a universal attendee limit function, it would be helpful to have the ability to customize attendee limits for individual time slots. For example: 20 attendee limit for 10AM time slot, and 50 attendee limit for 11AM time slot

Yes, this would be the greatest feature. For many factors I need to change the attendee limits on a daily basis. E.g. one bike tour guide is unavailable, a family has a slow rider, I have two bikes in the shop, my capacity is 8 but I have a request to squeeze in one more rider... All this I can simple change the capacity based on current events. This is possible on other platforms just not here.
