Attendee Option

I would like to have the option to remove the attendee button on an event without having to reduce the attendee limit on the backend. This is probably specific to our event types but in our case it can confuse our customers, if someone has 3 people attending the event and one 1 of them is participating I don't want them adding attendees I want them to buy spectator tickets and some customers have gotten confused by this option. It would be nice to have it removed.
