Blocking certain customers from booking

need to blacklist a client from ever booking again because they have been disrespectful to me and talked very badly to me. its really ruining my mental health dealing with disrepectful clients, and as a business owner we need a peace of mind and need to be respected

    Sorry to hear this! You can set this up in Shopify directly. If a customer enters an email address that you want to block, do not let them checkout.
