Booking details show date, time, and customer at the top

Open any booking in Easy Appointment Booking and the top of the panel now shows the date, weekday, start and end time, and length of the appointment. The customer's name, email, and phone sit right under it, so you no longer have to scroll the details list to find who booked and when. Empty email or phone rows are hidden.
