Buy a package as a gift

Customers can now buy a package as a gift. On a package product, the customer ticks "This is a gift" and a window opens for the recipient's name, their own name, a message, and the recipient's email. They can send the gift right away or pick a date. The recipient gets an email with their credits. If the customer leaves the "from" name blank, Easy Appointment Booking uses the name from checkout.
