Voters get an email when this status changes.
I want to restrict customers from booking outside of the package’s validity period.
Currently, the expiration date on the package means that the booking link must be used within the validity period (e.g., 30 days), but it does not restrict the customer from selecting class dates beyond that period. They are still able to choose future dates when booking.

This is live. Packages with an expiry have an option to limit bookings to the validity period. With it on, the storefront calendar greys out dates after the package expires, and a booking past that date is rejected.
