Calendar follows the chosen variant on more themes

When a product has a separate service on each variant, the calendar now switches to the variant the customer picks, including on older themes whose option picker the calendar did not detect before. On booking pages that show your services as cards, a card for a service that covers only some variants now opens that variant's calendar and shows that variant's price. Nothing to set up.
