Voters get an email when this status changes.
For some reason, the channel that allows you to request a new message between support staff and a help request is no longer available. I can't create a new topic. I've tried to message to one of the two older ones I have open but it seems there's no response on that one.
Why isn't there just a "new message" button in the help?

I've marked where used to be a channel that I could send a message to a bot to open a new request. That channel is gone now and I can't open new conversations
