Cancel / Reschedule be seperate settings

Voters get an email when this status changes.
Would love for cancel and reschedule to be seperate buttons to turn on/off. Even with heavily displayed t&c's customers are still choosing cancel instead of reschedule then emailing asking for a refund which we don't allow. Would love to be able to turn off the cancel button altogether so no one uses it. But we like to be able to let them reschedule up until a certain time before the event.

Callum MooreMerchantYou may not want to, but you can turn off a setting to prevent customers amending their own bookings and manually reschedule/ cancel in line with your own Ts&Cs

Callum Moore Thanks Callum, absolutely š but we do still need to allow them to reschedule. To do so manually for everyone would be a huge admin workload all the time. We generally have about 50 people per day come through in our classes. Would just like them to be seperate features š
