change a subscription/bundle quantity on an ongoing basis

Ex: Jenny Doe bought a subscription today and used her first class today. but since we do not have that set up on the schedule yet, i couldn't reduce her number of classes. i was going to book her another spot in the July 9th class, but then that spot would not be available for someone else to book.
