Check off setup guide steps by hand

The Home setup guide now lets you check off a step yourself when Easy Appointment Booking can't confirm it automatically, such as a booking taken outside the app. Click the check mark next to an unconfirmed step to mark it done, or click it again to undo. Click "Hide guide" in the header to remove it for good.
