Connected Booking types on same calendar

We would like to implement various booking / cost options within the same connected calendar i.e. we offer a maximum of three spots at our facility, so one person could pick one session option and two people could pick a different session option, filling up all three spots if various booking types could be connected on the same schedule. Not sure if possible but would be handy!
