Correct staff hours for customers in other time zones

Events that show times in the customer's time zone now use the right staff hours when the customer is on a different calendar day than the staff member. Before, a customer in Sydney could see times outside a New York team member's hours, and some real times were hidden. Month views, next available date, and the POS overview now check every staff day that overlaps the customer's day. No setup is needed.
