Voters get an email when this status changes.
The Content Block in the Email Designer now fills in customer details. Type {first_name}, {last_name}, {email} or {phone} and each booking email shows that customer's value, for example "Hi {first_name},". A blank first name shows as "there", and the other details are left out when blank.
