Disable the automatic creation of a draft order

Voters get an email when this status changes.

Give merchants the option to disable the automatic creation of a draft order for Pro Plus customers. I want to disable this because it doesn't integrate with phone numbers well.

    This would be handy , currently if clients book a free appointment, it goes into drafts and then stays there until we “create order” and then fulfill. I’m not aware if this can be cancelled.

    Hi Isha Body Jewellery this is now possible. There's a new setting that lets you control whether or not draft orders are created. Please see the screenshot attached.
