When a customer reserves a time/date for a party, but doesn't have all the details (i.e., answers to intake questions), they pay a deposit, then we manually collect the details later, usually over the course of several emails. I want to be able to send the customer the current version of the intake questions to mitigate the back-and-forth.

Susan Weber· MerchantSlightly different use case but same feature request, namely to add columns to the download file for a class roster such that each column corresponds to an intake question. We hold a lot of classes, and want a class roster with the intake questions formatted as columns in a spreadsheet. It would be lovely if we could simply download it rather than having to manually pivot via copy-paste using source data from the bookings export file.
