When your prepaid SMS balance falls below $10, Easy Appointment Booking now emails you the balance left, how many texts it covers, and a link to add funds. Before this, reminder texts stopped sending once the wallet emptied and you had no warning. You get one email per low-balance period, and it clears after you top up.
