We would like to add the inclusion of any upsells to our booking confirmation and booking reminder emails, to avoid any customer confusion.

This is live in Easy Appointment Booking. Add-ons now appear in both the booking confirmation and the booking reminder emails, in a new add-on section that is translated for every email language. This removes the confusion when a customer forgets what they added.
