Eve, an AI assistant inside the app

Easy Appointment Booking now has an AI assistant called Eve. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app and choose Chat with Eve. Eve can answer questions about the app, and it can change your services, availability, and settings or move a customer's booking to another open time. Eve shows each change first, and nothing is saved until you click Apply. To talk to a person instead, choose Chat with our team, or click Transfer to chat inside Eve to hand over the conversation.
