Give merchants the option to update the 'Paid' status for bookings

You can do this with booking tags. Open a booking from the Bookings list and add a tag under Admin → Tags. Tags are free text, so label them Paid and Unpaid, or whatever fits how you work. Turn on the Tags column from the Columns button to edit tags inline and filter the list by them. Every plan has this. If the booking has a draft order attached, there's also a Mark as Paid button under Payment & order that settles the order in Shopify.
