gray out booked timeslot

it will be very helpful to gray out the booked time slots or show them as "booked" instead of hiding them up

    Ray M: Any progress on this? We get people saying they can't see the booking times, therefore thinking it's an error on the site rather than sold out. It would be good to have it greyed out or showing as sold out.

    Is there any progress on this? I have just replied to 8 emails from people thinking the website is broken because everything is fully booked. It would be amazing to just have it greyed out or 'fully booked' or something to make it clearer!

    This is a dealbreaker for me. I like Easy Appointment Booking because the user-facing UI is one of the best out there, and the backend is simple to use...but I can't have customers having to click dates they think are open that are in fact fully booked!

    Tyler Termini: right, if there are no time slots for that day, it should not appear clickable at all.

    We're trying to make progress on it. Unfortunately, we have to figure out a way to do it without making the calendar slower to load for everyone. Thats the tricky engineering part to all this because computing the available timeslots in a given day takes a second or two, and if you multiply that by 30 days in a month, it becomes too long to wait. Totally hear that this is something that is important to everyone! We are working on it. :)

    Servicify Team: it works. I see the loader takes maybe 2 or 3 seconds, but it will save customers more time because they won't have to play a guessing game on which days are available. While faster load times would be ideal, this is still worth it. Thanks!

    I was excited about this but have just turned it off - it takes a fair bit longer to load and has resulted in people asking if we're open rather than assuming greyed out means sold out. I think something like this would work well for us, rather than hiding the sold out sessions just say 0/50 available or SOLD OUT. Is that possible?

    Hello there! While we built this feature to load the calendar faster and skip over booked timeslots, we realize there may have been two asks in this feature 1. Load calendar with more accuracy/faster by skipping over booked timeslots (completed as part of this request) 2. Show the calendar timeslot as booked, but not clickable, to increase demand of the event and let customers know how busy you might be.
