Have an activity supersede all other activities

Create a configuration checkbox so that the box would make one availability supersede any other availability and once that box is checked, it isn't a choice on any other availability. For example, there are 3 different availabilities, but one availability keeps any other availability from being available. A wedding venue that is booked, keeps any other availability venues from being booked at the same time to keep the venue exclusive.
