Let customers add their name to a waitlist...... OPTIONS

I wish instead of any time, only when a day is fully booked, never i could choose "WHEN THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS". I want to push clients to choose a date that is still available. if my schedule is completely booked THEN they can add their name to the waitlist.
