Limit Frequency of Customer bookings

We limit our customers to one booking every 30 days (consignment drop off). It would be nice if EAB could track this and prevent customer (same email or phone #) from booking more often than that.

    I would like to see a way of preventing customers from booking every available slot, as a way to reserve the dates for themselves and stopping other customers access to those dates
