Limit 'Manage Booking' button Customer Account Extensions to booking orders only

The new ability for customers to now manage their booking directly from their Shopify customer account is fantastic - just a shame that the button shows on every single order, even the ones that don't contain a booking! For a business that mostly sells physical items over bookings, this could confuse customers.
