Manual booking labels and waived attendees on reschedule

Manual bookings are now labeled as manual next to their order link on the Bookings page, and a manual booking with no payment collected shows "No payment collected". If your store waives guest attendees, you can now change the waived count when you reschedule a booking. Open the booking, choose Reschedule, and set the waived attendees there, instead of cancelling and recreating the booking.
