Min / Max options for events

We would love the functionality to set a of maximum bookings. We have a venue with 16 seats, across 4 different tables. We need to set availability at 16 seats, which is how many guests we can accommodate, but would like to set limits of 8 for example. Offsite events, we want to host dinners in other locations with a maximum number of guests, while limiting how many tickets are available per person.
