More reliable Google Calendar sync after quota errors

Fixed a Google Calendar sync issue in Easy Appointment Booking where a temporary Google quota error could leave a booking without a calendar event or Meet link, and a manual retry could create a duplicate event. Sync now retries quota errors automatically and will not create duplicates. If a booking's calendar event is created late by the background sync, the customer now gets a follow-up confirmation email with the Meet link.
