New Booking: Select Custom Time: Change Quantity Label

The Quantity label name and field will show or not, depending on whether there is >1 of what is to be booked. It would be great if we could specify what the item to be booked is. Maybe Quantity is the default, but it could be changed to People, Tables, Rooms, etc. That will make it easier for the staff to input the correct number. For example, we have tables that seat between 1 and 4 people, and the staff was getting confused on whether the quantity was people or one table, leading to the overbooking of tables.
