Voters get an email when this status changes.
The SMS wallet's Add funds popover has a cleaner layout, and now includes $100 and $200 credit options alongside the existing tiers. If your balance drops below $10, you will also get an email reminder so texts don't stop unexpectedly. Find it under Settings → SMS.
