We field calls at the winery throughout the day for guests on their way looking to book a tasting. It can be time consuming when you're already helping someone to work through all fields to book them in. A quick booking option would be helpful comprising of only First & Last Name and the available time slot (with custom option) but not forcing us to choose which event they are booking in for as that can be the most time consuming part of a call. If we could do a quick booking then we can hold the spot and then spend the time with them upon arrival to choose which experience they would like.

Servicify TeamTeamThanks for the feedback Turquoise Suitcase. The issue is we can't "hold a spot" unless we know which type of event we are holding a spot for. I suppose in your case, do you want to hold the winery table for a specific date and time?

Exactly. I know that may not benefit a lot of business models but for us a simple placeholder option could be helpful. Using Google Calendar isn’t an option based on how our availabilities are programmed. Thanks!
