Voters get an email when this status changes.
The Bookings calendar now shows remaining seats on each booked slot. A block reads "6 left", "Full", or "Over by N" if you booked past capacity manually. Slots with several bookings collapse to a count, like "3 bookings, 7 guests", instead of a list of names.
