Show Appointments until they're done

Right now, in both the list and agenda views, as soon as an appointment's start time has passed, it vanishes from the list. This means that if a customer is late or had to wait in line, it's much harder to find their appointment. Please offer a setting to leave currently-in-progress appointments in those lists until the end time.
