Please show if order that made the booking is paid or not at a glance (since pay-in-store is an option). Also, it'd be great if cancelling the relevant order deleted the booking (and restocked the timeslot for others to book).

Optimally this would be visible on the bookings page before we even get the Shopify order open, so we know if we need to deal with the order immediately (to take payment) or if we can get the customer settled and then go mark the order fulfilled.
