Have a way to show publicly how many bookings have been made for each time slot (to inform people of how many dogs are attending each hour and they can pick their bookings accordingly)

I agree to this. This would help customers to decide if their group amount can fit in a specific time slot. I have customers calling to see if there are enough slots for a certain time.
