Temporary hold duration
It would be great if we could adjust the amount of time a slot is temporarily reserved and made unavailable on site when the slot is in someone's cart.

I've been saying the same thing. One hour is too long, especially when a customer makes a mistake with the details and has to start over, but now there's a hold on it. 15 minutes would be more reasonable.
