To be able to send a manual followup email after x amount of time

We host pottery classes and in order to use this app we need the functionality to manually trigger a "pickup-notification" to all attendees of a certain event, that their pottery has been fired and is ready to pick up. The automatic notification right after the event would not work and the tima after can vary, therefor it needs to be manually triggered.

    This would be very helpful for us as well. We have classes and parties that have pieces that need to be fired and then picked up another day. I think a solution would be that we would go in admin and mark the order as fulfilled and that would trigger a notification to the customer to pick up. Right now we are using a separate app called “Zapiet” to do our notifications based on orders ready for pick up or shipping. Perhaps there can be a workflow that works between these apps.
