Upsells - ability to add description or to at least be able to click into the product to learn more

Upsell descriptions are live. Open an event, go to Upsell Settings, and each product you have added now has an Add description link. Descriptions can be up to 160 characters and show under the product title on the booking form. Products you leave blank look the same as they do now. Clicking into the product page to learn more did not ship with this. That half is tracked on its own request.
