Upsells: Allow customers to choose variants

Most products I want to upsell have multiple variants. Currently, all the variants are grouped into one dropdown menu, resulting in too many combos. Customers should be able to select from separate dropdown menus which variants of the upsell product they would like to purchase.

    I came here to suggest this exact thing!! If someone wants to buy 2 shirts, they can only buy 2 mediums, 2 larges, 2 smalls etc. If they want to buy one of each it's not possible without a second booking.
