You can inform Mailchimp when bookings are made in our app by using webhooks (available for customers on the Ultimate plan). https://intercom.help/easy-appointment-booking/en/articles/11049431-setting-up-webhooks Webhooks are a way to automatically notify your other business tools whenever something happens in Easy Appointment Booking.
