Waitlist
A waitlist is created for a full event. If a cancelation occurs, we can add waitlisted customers to the event/contact them to see if they still want the spot.

That would be great for appointments and products.
Yes! We used to have this on an old system and people used it a fair bit
Servicify Team· Servicify teamThis is a great idea. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Can you help us understand a bit more about how waitlists should work. - When creating a waitlist, how many people should be added to it? - What happens to people on a waitlist that don't make it in? Do they get a notification?

Servicify Team: I don’t think there needs to be a limit on the waitlist, they only need to get a notification if a spot becomes available, not if they’re not successful.
Would love to have a field where the customer could leave your name and email/phone when our day it totally booked (every Saturday) and it would send us an email notifying us that this customer would like to be considered if a cancelation occurs.
