1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Appointment Booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the service or use any of our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment

Easy Appointment Booking uses Shopify's payment infrastructure for processing recurring subscription charges. We reserve the right to modify our fees with advance notice. Your continued use of the service after any fee changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using the service for any illegal activities
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the app or its components
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the source code
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
• Transmitting any malicious code or harmful content

5. User Data

Our service collects appointment-related information including names, email addresses, and appointment dates and times. This data is stored using encrypted methods and is not shared with outside parties. User data undergoes periodic deletion in accordance with our data retention policies.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination plus applicable legal remedies.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Servicify Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration under AAA rules.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
